This browser-local binder is separate from public catalog facts and named project storage. Nothing is uploaded or included in handoff links/analytics. Export contains private records: keep backups in an owner-controlled location. Browser clearing or storage loss can remove the binder. Store actual receipt/PDF attachments in your own backed-up document archive; this tool accepts only bounded binder JSON, not attachments.
