Compare two offer contexts using charges from your own destination-specific quotations.
Blank means unknown; zero means you explicitly entered no charge. No tax, free freight or restocking percentage is guessed. Enter each order’s native currency as shown in its selection. Different currencies are not converted or compared. Inputs stay in this page, without saving or submission.
Landed machine cost excludes the wider operating setup. The return worksheet calculates only entered restocking and return freight: outbound nonrefundable charges, tax recovery, condition deductions and bank/card fees may remain unknown. Arithmetic does not confirm seller obligations.
A quotation and a maintenance record answer different questions
12 exact configuration ownership pages; 12 curated package records. These are research contexts, not approved purchases or known complete quotes.
Keep the quotation basis
Each order keeps its own destination, original currency and quotation date. Missing freight, tax, access or return charges remain unresolved. The worksheet compares only its stated compatible arithmetic basis; currencies are not converted or combined.
Keep the later ownership records
Manual edition, exact part and service basis are separate. A warranty duration is not a service interval or consumable lifespan. This page supplies no calendar/hour schedule or repair procedure.
In the separate private binder, intervals are owner-entered or owner-transcribed; saving them does not verify a manufacturer schedule. Use exact replacement references to retain unknown compatibility rather than selecting a similar part.
Original quotation/record diagrams, not supplier forms, receipts, actual purchases or service instructions. Entered zeros remain deliberate assumptions. No lifespan, service interval, free replacement, delivery eligibility or complete operating-setup cost is inferred. Existing worksheet controls and results remain separate above.
